Moss Construction Selected as General Contractor

Site Work Commenced April 2024

Kolter Urban is pleased to announce it has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for The Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, a 20-story waterfront residential property situated in Sarasota’s walkable downtown cultural district. Sitework for the development commenced in April 2024. Last week, the deep foundation work on the site was completed, including the installation of 529 auger cast piles. The construction team is currently pouring the concrete pile caps, which will support the building’s columns. Once finished, the top of the foundation will become visible as construction progresses above ground. This represents a significant milestone for Kolter Urban. Moss Construction most recently worked alongside Kolter Urban to deliver The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota in 2021.
